As a company policy, we do not issue refunds unless the refund is claimed due to a system failure or you are not satisfied with the product within the first 3 days of purchase/renewal.

Important: The maximum refund amount cannot exceed 50% of the payment due to setup and procurement costs. Please do not raise refund requests for reasons other than those stated here.

System Failure / Not Satisfied

• Eligible if there is a verified system failure affecting core functionality.
• Eligible if you are not satisfied with EmailFinder within the first 3 days.

Non‑Refundable (Compliance)

We do not provide refunds for any plan if your account is terminated due to compliance issues.

Please ensure you have read and understood our Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy before using the product. We reserve the right to disable or deactivate any account if our Compliance Team determines the system has been abused in any way.

How to Request a Refund

• Same‑day cancellation: You may request cancellation on the same day the order was placed. If email credits have already been used, the cancellation may be denied.
• Within 3 days: If you are not 100% satisfied, contact us within 3 days of purchase for a refund review. Requests after 3 days will not be accepted.
• Contact: Email the EmailFinder Support Team at [email protected] with your order details.

Refund Timelines

If EmailFinder grants the refund request, payments are refunded as follows:

• Credit/Debit Cards: within seven (7) business days
• PayPal: within seven (7) business days
• Wire Transfer / Cheque: within ten (10) business days; the end‑user bears transfer costs
• Other Methods: within five (5) to ten (10) days
